On April 2, double homicide defendant William Holloman received a July trial date from Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland.
Holloman, 18, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, firearm use in a felony violent crime, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony violent crime and having a handgun on his person.
The prosecution offered Holloman a plea deal. The offer was life in prison, suspending all but 50 years, followed by five years of probation for first-degree murder. Holloman and his attorney, Roya Hanna, rejected this offer.
Judge Copeland scheduled a six-day trial beginning on July 17 before Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
