Woman Arrested for February Attempted Murder

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Eastern District on Feb. 21, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 45-year-old Felicia Mull of Baltimore.

Detectives learned that Mull shot the 41-year-old male victim while on the 4200 block of Sheldon Avenue following a dispute.

On May 21, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Felicia Mull while on the 4800 block of Lorelly Avenue. Detectives transported her to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

On Feb. 21, at approximately 4:06 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 4200 block of Sheldon Avenue for a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 41-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

Preliminary investigators revealed that the victim was having a verbal dispute with a known person who shot him.
