In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Southern District on Aug. 21, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 29-year-old Dontae Johnson of Baltimore.
Investigators learned Johnson shot the 33-year-old male victim on the 2700 block of Spellman Road and discharged a firearm at police and security while attempting to flee.
Dontae Johnson was arrested on the scene and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, multiple counts of assault and handgun violations.
