The case of a Baltimore man charged with multiple counts of attempted murder was not called in Baltimore City Circuit Court before Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Sept. 10 despite being scheduled on the docket.
Dominic Galloway, 20, is charged with two counts of attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, as well as one count of theft under $25,000, firearm use in a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, and having a handgun in a vehicle. He also faces three traffic violations.
Galloway’s next appearance is scheduled for reception court on Dec. 10.
