A 29-year-old Baltimore man was charged with attempted murder in connection to a shooting on Oct. 30.
A news release states that around 7:10 a.m., police were called to the 3600 block of Gibbons Avenue and found a 53-year-old woman with a gunshot wound.
The victim, who was alert and conscious, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police interviewed a potential suspect, later identified as Vincent Cooper, who allegedly shot the victim after an argument.
Cooper was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder, and he is being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
