The Baltimore Police Department announced Nov. 9, the arrest of a 19-year-old resident of Baltimore charged with murder.
According to the press release, Jaesiah Neal allegedly shot 22-year-old Tayshawn David inside a residence on the 5100 block of Curtis Avenue on Oct. 15.
Later that day, police arrested Neal in Timonium, MD on charges of first-degree murder.
