On Oct. 12, at approximately 5:26 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers heard a discharging near the 1700 block of North Calhoun Street.
On the way to the location, officers encountered a 24-year-old male victim on the 1700 block of North Mount Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Life-saving measures were performed until medics arrived. The victim was then transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
