A 24-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the head on Dec. 13 on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Around 7:10 p.m. on Monday, Baltimore Police Department officers were called to the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue where they found the victim, a news release states. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition, and homicide detectives were notified due to the extent of the victim’s injuries.

Police said the alleged shooter was a man wearing all dark clothing and a white mask. The shooter approached the victim from behind before shooting him in the back of the head.
