The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northern District.
On Dec. 9, at approximately 8:08 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 3400 block of Crows Nest Road for a report of an unresponsive person.
Officers located an unidentified adult female at the location suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics responded and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
The case was previously announced to be a suspicious death investigation but was since upgraded. Homicide detectives continue to conduct investigation.
