In reference to two homicide shootings that occurred on March 23, in the Northern and Western Districts, investigators have arrested 18-year-old Jabre Griffith of Baltimore.

On June 6, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF) were able to locate and apprehend Griffith at Dunbar High School and take him into custody without incident.

Detectives believe Griffith shot and killed Micah Strong and wounded a second victim on the 5400 block of York Road. Detectives also believe Griffith shot and killed Ernest Hall and injured five other victims on the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue.

Detectives transported Griffith to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he’s been charged with two counts of murder and six counts of attempted murder.
