An alleged attempted murderer turned himself into the Baltimore Police Department in connection to the shooting of a 22-year-old man in August.
According to a news release, Steven Wilson, 23, turned himself into the police on Aug. 28, two days after he allegedly shot the victim around 11:10 a.m. on the 1500 block of Appleton Street.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Following their investigation, police identified Wilson and received an arrest warrant when Wilson turned himself in.
Wilson, who was taken to Central Booking, was charged with attempted first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
