36-Year-Old Woman Shot in Calf

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of June 20. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the unit block of E. North Avenue around 9:10 p.m. for a shooting, where a 36-year-old woman was found suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot to her left calf. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 

Central District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 410-396-2411 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
