A Baltimore man accused of attempted murder has his charges dropped by the prosecution on Jan. 12 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Quentin Simmons, 28, is charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of second-degree attempted murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of a use of a firearm during a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on Aug. 22, 2020.
During reception court on Wednesday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor chose to enter a nolle pros, dropping all charges in the case.
