Man Charged With Attempted Murder in Monroe Street Shooting

In reference to a shooting that occurred June 7 in the Western District, investigators have arrested 31-year-old Michael Garrison of Baltimore.

Garrison was wanted in connection to the shooting of a 53-year-old man on the 500 block of N. Monroe Street.

On June 12, authorities arrested Garrison without incident in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Garrison was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder and handgun violations.
