According to a Baltimore Police Department, in reference to a shooting that occurred on April 5, 2006, on the 2600 block of Raynor Avenue, the victim, 46-year-old Anthony Williams, died on March 14.
An autopsy was conducted, and the death was ruled a homicide as the victim died due to complications of the shooting on April 5.
