The Baltimore City Police Department is investigating a shooting which occurred in the afternoon on Feb. 23.
According to a press release, patrol officers were called to the 1800 block of West North Ave at approximately 1:00 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting, where they found a 16-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the thigh.
The victim was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
