A 20-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 33-year-old man on July 26.
The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has reported the arrest of Rakim Muhammad Jr, 20, two weeks after the incident on the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue, where Earnest Jackson IV, 33, was found suffering from gunshot to the upper torso.
The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital by Baltimore City medics, where he died a short time later.
Detectives believe Muhammad shot and killed Jackson on July 26, while on Fenwick Avenue.
Following his arrest, on August 4, Muhammad was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first and second-degree murder.
