On Oct. 21, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Western District patrol officers were on routine patrol when they heard discharging in the area of West Lanvale at Wheeler Avenue.
Baltimore Police Department officers canvased the location and located a 23-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound on the 800 block of Wheeler Avenue.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
