The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the late evening on Jan. 18.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 4100 block of Penhurst Avenue at approximately 11:31 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found an unidentified adult man suffering from a gunshot to the wrist.
