A 20-year-old and 36-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 45-year-old man on Feb. 22.
The Baltimore Police Department reported the arrest of Steven Jones, 20, and Thomas Brook, 36, exactly one week after the incident occurred around 1:28 a.m. on the 1000 block of East 20th Street, where they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
