Teen Arrested for January Attempted Murder

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northeast District on Jan. 5, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested a 17-year-old male suspect.

Investigators learned that the 17-year-old suspect shot the 20-year-old victim while on the 1300 block of Woodbourne Avenue. The victim then fled to the 5400 block of Sagra Road, where police were notified.

On Feb. 14, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested the 17-year-old suspect without incident. Detectives transported the suspect to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged as an adult for attempted first-degree murder.
