In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Southeast District on Sept. 23, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 38-year-old Jamel McClurkin of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that McClurkin shot and killed 36-year-old Davon Jones while on the 400 block of N. Curley Street.
On Sept. 26, investigators arrested McClurkin and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder. McClurkin is currently being held without bail.
