The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting at a homeless encampment on Nov. 16 on W. Patapsco Avenue.
A news release states that officers were called to the 100 block of W. Patapsco Avenue around 1:35 p.m. on Tuesday and found an unidentified man with a gunshot wound.
Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

This marks the third reported shooting on W. Patapsco Avenue since August, including a homicide and a non-fatal shooting.
