In regard to the shooting that occurred in the Central District on June 8, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested, Devonte Lassiter of Baltimore.
Investigators learned Lassiter shot a 16-year-old girl during a physical altercation, near the intersection of South Broadway at Thames Street.
Warrant Apprehension Detectives apprehended Devonte Lassiter in a home on the 4300 block of Park Heights Avenue without incident. Lassiter, who is a repeat violent offender, was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Lassiter is currently being held without bail.
