Eastern District officers of the Baltimore Police Department are seeking answers as they investigate a fatal shooting that occurred on Nov 5.
On Saturday, at approximately 12:50 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of North Potomac Street for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located 20-year-old Tyjuan Redd suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
