The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southwest District.
On June 27, at approximately 3:27 p.m., officers responded to the 4100 block of Frederick Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unknown adult man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
