Western District detectives are seeking information on a homicide that occurred on Oct 29.
On Saturday, at approximately 1:14 a.m., officers responded to the unit block of North Gilmor Street for a Shot Spotter alert.
Upon their arrival, officers located 33-year-old Timothy Cunningham inside a vehicle in a prone position and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Officers initiated life-saving efforts, but he was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
