A 28-year-old female was fatally shot Oct. 28 on the 3700 block of Toone Street.
According to a press release, officers from the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) discovered Amy Armstrong’s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
