Officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) arrested 19-year-old Rashaad Wilson on Oct. 28.
Wilson is charged with attempted first-degree murder for an incident that took place on Aug. 16 on the 3800 block of Chatham Road.
Upon responding to reports of a shooting, officers discovered the victim, identified as a 17-year-old female, inside a residence suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. She was listed in stable condition.
