Northern District Shooting Victim Receives Treatment

On Aug. 28, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment. 

Upon arrival at the hospital, Baltimore Police Department officers spoke with the 30-year-old female victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The victim is listed in stable condition. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in the intersection of Greenmount Avenue and 33rd Street, when she was shot. 

Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2455.
