A Baltimore man allegedly involved in a non-fatal shooting had his case nolle pros by the prosecutor on Dec. 7 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Paul Cucuzzella.
On Wednesday, the prosecutor entered a nolle pros on all charges against defendant Tyrell Whitt, noting she would will file an indictment against the defendant either tomorrow or next week.
The 20-year-old defendant was charged with possession of a firearm as a minor, having a handgun on a loaded person, having a handgun on his person, reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm within Baltimore City, and carrying a firearm within 100 yards of the public in connection to an incident on June 29.
The defendant was represented by attorney Donald Wright.
