A Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting rejected a plea offer on Oct. 4 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
The 32-year-old is charged with two counts of armed robbery, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of first-degree assault, conspiracy to first-degree assault, two counts of use of a firearm in a violent crime, conspiracy to use of a firearm in a violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, possession of firearms, having a handgun on his person, and discharging a handgun within the city.
He was charged in connection to an incident on March 30, 2020.
Judge Phinn listened as the prosecution mentioned a plea that the defendant had rejected; however, the details of the plea were not discussed.
The defendant’s trial date has been scheduled for Dec. 13.
