On March 18, at approximately 11:13 a.m., Northeast District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to the 6500 block of Frankford Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers located a 23-year-old male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the hand. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
