Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.
On Apr. 10, 2025, at approximately 8:37 p.m., officers received a ShotSpotter alert for discharging in the 1500 block of W. Fayette Street.
Officers shortly arrived at the scene and located evidence of a crime scene. A short time later, officers received a call for a shooting victim inside a residence in the 1700 block of W. Lexington Street.
Officers observed a 24-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his leg. They applied a tourniquet, and the victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Preliminary information revealed that the victim was shot while in the 1500 block of W. Fayette Street.
