On Aug. 1, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers received a ShotSpotter alert on the 1300 block of North Luzerne Avenue. Officers responded and located a 29-year-old male victim suffering from apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
