Man Injured in 2022 Shooting Dies

March 5, 2024 — Baltimore Witness staff

James McDougald, 33, was critically injured in a shooting on July 9, 2022, on the 2500 block of West Fairmount Street.

The victim died from those injuries on Feb. 9.

The victim’s death was ruled to be a homicide on Feb. 28.
