A Baltimore woman charged with first-degree murder rejected a plea of life on July 12 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Lexus Hart, 27, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and use of a firearm during a violent crime in connection to an incident on Jan. 30.
The prosecutor presented a plea of life for first-degree murder, plus 20 years with the first five years without parole for use of a firearm during a violent crime. The charges were set to run consecutively.
Hart was represented by defense attorney Roland Harris.
Hart’s trial is scheduled for Feb. 13. The trial is expected to last five days with Judge Charles H. Dorsey presiding.
