A 62-year-old man accused of being involved in a non-fatal shooting appeared before Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn on July 31 in order to receive a trial date.
Judge Phinn set the trial date for Michael Breckenridge for Oct. 3 before Judge Lynn S. Mays. The trial is expected to last three days.
Breckenridge is going to be represented by defense attorney Roya Hanna.

Breckenridge is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, use of a firearm in a felony violent crime, reckless endangerment and firing a gun within Baltimore City.
