24-year-old Andrew Curry‘s murder case continues to develop with defense attorney Natalie Finegar announcing the discovery of new unspecified evidence during an April 11 reception court hearing before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland.
A warrant for Curry’s arrest was issued on Dec. 3, 2024. He was arrested eight days later, on Dec. 11, 2024, and charged with first-degree murder in connection to a Jan. 26, 2023, incident.
Finegar’s office has not yet commented on details surrounding the case.
Judge Copeland set Curry’s jury trial to begin June 13 before Judge Videtta A. Brown.
