A Baltimore man convicted of murder in 2011 had his collateral hearing postponed due to being quarantined before Baltimore City Circuit Court on Nov. 17.
On Aug. 10, 2011, Julian Grey was convicted of first-degree murder and was sentenced to life, suspending all but 60 years with five years supervised probation and a concurrent sentence of 15 years for the use of a handgun in committing a crime in connection to an incident on Aug. 19, 2008.
Grey, 39, is represented by defense attorney Matthew Nelson.
According to Maryland’s Judiciary website, Grey’s next hearing is yet to be determined.
