According to Baltimore Witness data, first-degree murder has the highest number of days, 1935, between a defendant’s arrest and when a plea is offered.

Lower charges including assault, robbery, firearm charges have the lowest number of days, 30, between a defendant’s arrest and when a plea is offered.
