A 28-year-old Baltimore man charged with attempted murder appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Copeland for a pretrial hearing in presentment court on Sept. 17.

Justin Westbrook is charged with felony counts of first-degree attempted murder, second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault in connection to an incident that occurred on April 9.

During the proceeding, Judge Copeland set a jury trial in Westbrook’s case before Judge Jennifer Schiffer for Nov. 19.  Westbrook’s attorney of record is Thomas Rafter.
