28-Year-Old Man Shot in Baltimore Highlands, Expected to Survive

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.

On June 13, at approximately 4:54 a.m., officers responded to the 3400 block of Fairmount Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 28-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to his lower body. The victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.

Southeast District shooting detectives have assumed control of the investigation.
