An attempted murder defendant declined the prosecutor’s plea offer before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn on July 21. His trial is set for November.
Brian Clark, 22, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, armed robbery, robbery, attempted theft of less than $100, use of a firearm during a violent crime, carrying a handgun, and discharging a firearm.
The prosecution offered Clark a sentence of life, serving all but 30 years for attempted first degree murder.
Clark is being represented by defense attorney Maureen O’Leary.
Clark is set for a four-day trial, which is slated to begin on Nov 1.
