Attempted Murder Case Not heard during Reception Court

The case of a Baltimore woman charged with attempted murder was not called during reception court on Aug. 26, despite being scheduled on the Baltimore City Circuit Court docket. 

Baltimore resident Dejanae Rayonah Richardson, 23, was scheduled to have her case heard before Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Thursday; however neither a prosecutor nor a defense attorney, who is not listed on the Maryland Judiciary website, discussed the case during a five-hour reception court hearing. 

In addition to attempted first and second-degree murder charges, Richardson is charged with first and second-degree assault, armed robbery, robbery, conspiracy to first and second-degree assault, conspiracy to first-degree murder, conspiracy to armed robbery, conspiracy to robbery, reckless endangerment as well as two counts of theft between $100 to $1500 and use of a deadly weapon with intent to injure.

There are currently no scheduled hearings for Richardson, according to the Maryland Judiciary website.
