On Sept. 27, Tyrell Walker appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Lawrence P. Fletcher-Hill for the defendant’s involvement in a non-fatal shooting on May 4.
Walker, 33, is charged with altering physical evidence, intoxicated endangerment and discharging firearms.
The prosecution offered a deal requiring Walker to plead guilty to altering physical evidence. It includes two years of supervised probation before judgment, meaning the defendant is found not guilty. On behalf of her client, defense attorney Laura Yagi accepted the offer.
Judge Fletcher-Hill stated that two years of supervised probation was unnecessary, then reduced the time to six months, followed by 18 months of unsupervised probation.
