A 60-year-old man was injured in the early morning hours on Oct. 23 after he was shot in the hand.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, officers were called to a hospital around 2 a.m. on Saturday when they learned the victim was being treated for a gunshot wound. The victim told police that he got into a dispute with someone on the 4600 block of Pen Lucy Road and was shot by the suspect.
