29-Year-Old Man Shot on East Oliver Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the early morning hours on Jan. 23. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were flagged down on the 2600 block of East Oliver Street at approximately 2:32 a.m. by a Baltimore resident and notified of a shooting, where they found a 29-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he is expected to survive.
