Reginald Evans, 60, was shot on September 24, 2021, at approximately 2:28 p.m., on the 1300 block of North Central Avenue.
On Dec. 2, 2023, Evans died at an area hospital.
The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office, where on March 1, the cause and manner of death was ruled to be a homicide by shooting.
