2019 Non-Fatal Shooting Case Dismissed

A 35-year-old non-fatal shooting defendant had his case dismissed on May 5 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.

A prosecutor standing in for the assistant state’s attorney on the case informed the court of the case’s dismissal, but did not reveal additional details. The incident occurred on Dec. 20, 2019.

The defendant was charged with firearm possession with a felony conviction, having a handgun on his person and in a vehicle, illegal possession of ammo, discharging firearms, resisting arrest as well as two counts of having a handgun within 100 yards of a public place.
